Returns and Claims
Returns - In order to increase the chances of getting the correct size from the start, kindly visit our sizeguide available under each product.
The return policy for each delivery country is mentioned under 'shipping & deliveries'
In order to handle a return, the product need to be in unused conditions with all labels and hangtags still present on the product. Pack the product in the packaging in which you received the products. The customer is responsible for the condition of the product until it is received by Mountain Tales. Add the return label and hand it over to the applicable transporter. In case you lost the return label or in case it was missing in the delivery - please contact Mountain Tales support to receive a new one.

You may return your product up to 60 days after your purchase.
Unclaimed deliveries - Shipments that are returned to Mountain Tales due to that the customer never picked up the goods are considered unclaimed goods and not a return. This will be debited 200 SEK (Sweden) / 30 EUR (EU) for freight & administration connected to the unclaimed order.
Refunds - Returns will normally be refunded within 7 days from receiving the return.
Claims - We want you to be fully happy with your purchase. If anything is wrong with your product, we want to hear about it. Kindly contact with support@mountaintalesdesign.com and we will find a suitable solution. For quick service, add applicable pictures to describe the issue and advise the order number.
Issues arising from normal wear & tear or from not following the wash instructions will not be considered claims. In case of any doubts - feel free to reach out to our support.
